Thanks for posting this. Let's hold them accountable. If, as they say, “The Commission, not the Congress, is responsible for interpreting and carrying out the provisions of the CPSIA.” Than surely Congress, not the CPSC, is responsible for writing and enacting those very provisions.

THEY'RE the ones who have "grossly mishandled" this. Let's get rid of THEM. Maybe have Senator DeMint in charge of the committee instead? He seems to have a good idea of what's going on and what needs to be done.
